Guillotine style made in Pomeroy, PA. Later models known as the Keystone Improved although it's hard to believe this could be improved upon. It was such a successful design that it is still in production in both the US and Europe with full parts support. A serious tool designed for the dehorning of mature and/or large livestock such as the American Bison or dairy and beef bulls. No damage noted other than a nick to one blade. Has some surface crud but is fully functional. Still has some animal hair on it for authenticity. 46" long with maple handles and it's a beast.
